Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

Return / Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return period (3 days for damage claims, see below). The only condition is that the ring be in NEW condition. No, you can't wear it for a month and then send it back. The 30 day policy is intended to give you an opportunity to see the quality of our product, and to have some time to give it as a gift and return it if need be. It cannot have been sized (unless it was done by us), and can show no obvious signs of wear.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If your merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All damage claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. Most items ship within 2 weeks of ordering. The exception being pieces with onyx inlay , which ship within 3 weeks.
